Provided by the Australian Department of Health, Head to Health brings together apps, online programs, online forums, and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources.
Social, emotional and cultural wellbeing online resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
The Sane website has great information about a wide range of mental health condition but its stand out feature is its forums and peer support networks in which you can connect with people who are experiencing similar challenges to you. They also support a large friends, family and carers forum.
In addition to the 24/7 support it provides it has a great ‘holding onto hope’ podcast in which people who have recovered from severe mental health challenges tell their stories.
Black Dog is an Australian Institute that engages in high quality Mental Health research, particularly in the digital and eMental Health space. The website has lots of helpful information and digital tools and apps for a number of Mental Health conditions.
The Headspace website is targeted at children and young adults, as well as their parents and supporters, and provides a large amount of information on mental health conditions as well as general wellbeing topics.
In addition to the 24/7 support it provides it also breaks down its wide variety of information on mental health and general wellbeing concerns by age group (5-12, 13-17, 18-25, parents) making it more accessible for children and young adults.
Reachout’s tools and app section lists all of the best and most user friendly apps to help support your mental health.

e-couch offers five free programs: Depression, Anxiety & Worry, Social Anxiety, Divorce & Separation and Loss & Bereavement. Each program includes a comprehensive information module, as well as self-help modules with interactive exercises and workbooks which teach evidence-based strategies.

This is an Australian charitable organisation whose purpose is to support and advocate for children and adults with ADHD. Lots of great resources, links to other ADHD websites and support groups.

Quite possibly the largest and most informative site for ADHD on the internet. It has a massive amount of information including lots of very helpful webinars. It is based in America so not all content is fully relevant to living with ADHD in Australia.

Professor Russell Berkley explains ADHD
Professor Berkley is a world leading expert in ADHD. This video is of him presenting his understanding of how ADHD actually affects people. The audience is a group of parents of kids with ADHD but the content is still directly relevant to adults with ADHD. It is very long (almost 3 hours) but is easy to break into bite size chunks as he discusses about 30 different topics that can be viewed one by one.

This is a large site that caters to childhood ADHD, Adult ADHD and parents of kids with ADHD and has a large amount of resources, particularly book suggestions (possibly a bit too many as the amount of choice is a little daunting). They also run online support events as and offer a 6 week parenting course (online $165) and online courses for teens or young adults (up to 30) to help them with social skills.
